The Redskins defense made life easy for the offense, repeatedly getting turnovers in Giants territory. Washington opened up a 33-3 lead midway through the fourth quarter, and a pair of meaningless Giants scores late in the fourth netted the 33-17 final. Riggins had another two TD day.
