1983 Week 3 | Washington Redskins 27 : Kansas City Chiefs 12
The Redskins again started slowly, but KC could only manage four field goals to take a 12-0 halftime lead. Washington's offense came to life in the third and fourth quarters, led by Theismann's TD throws to tight ends Didier and Warren. The defense shut down the Chiefs for the remainder of the game, allowing the Skins to pull away for a convincing final score.
