1983 Week 6 | Washington Redskins 38 : St Louis Cardinals 14
The Cardinals made this game much easier than the previous week's struggle against the Raiders. St Louis committed multiple turnovers, and Washington built a 31-7 lead that put the game out of reach. Riggins scored three rushing TDs and Monk caught a TD pass. Despite some early season sputtering, the Skins appeared to be emerging as a powerful team for the second year in a row and were building momentum for another playoff run.
