1984 Week 3 | Washington Redskins 30 : New York Giants 14
The Redskins got back to winning at home against a division opponent. For much of the game, it was a close affair, with the teams trading scores. The Giants led 14-13 going into the fourth quarter, the margin being a missed Moseley field goal. But the Washington defense rose up in the fourth quarter and scored twice, once on an INT return and one on a fumble return. This allowed the Skins to pull away and finally put a game back in the win column.
