1985 Week 9 | Washington Redskins 44 : Atlanta Falcons 10

A game finally looked easy for the Redskins, as they pulled to their first winning record of 1985. All of the old pieces of the offense appeared to click again as Washington surged to a 31-3 lead at halftime. RBs Keith Griffin and George Rogers, taking the load from the ailing Riggins, both scored rushing TDs, and Monk caught a TD pass as well. Griffin added a long TD scamper in the fourth quarter to cap the dominating win.
