1986 Week 13 | Washington Redskins 20 : St. Louis Cardinals 17
Washington followed up their drubbing of Dallas with another, albeit closer, win over a division foe.
The Redskins pulled out to a 17-10 halftime lead, led by two more Schroeder TD passes. But after a scoreless third quarter, St Louis rallied and tied the game early in the fourth. Washington got the ball with about four minutes left to play, and mounted a drive that got them deep into Cardinals' territory, where Zendejas kicked the game winner.
