1988 Week 3 | Washington Redskins 17 : Philadelphia Eagles 10
Washington finally mustered a running game, which gave them enough points early in the game to come away with a win.
Timmy Smith and Jamie Morris scored first quarter TDs for Washington, leading to a 14-3 halftime lead. The Skins added a FG in the third quarter, opening up a two score margin. Randall Cunningham threw a long TD pass in the fourth quarter, closing the Eagles to 17-10.
