The Redskins travelled to Chicago and got another conference win with another convincing performance.
After a scoreless first quarter, Lohmiller hit a FG and Rypien found Monk for a score, leading to a 10 point halftime lead.
Chicago made a move to get back in the game, scoring on a Neal Anderson run in the third quarter. But Washington continued to chip away at the Bears defense, and they added 10 more points in the fourth quarter to put the game away. Rypien hit Monk for a second TD of the day.
